Barbara J. Carter - Director, Laboratory Services
Ms. Carter is experienced in lab management, laboratory animal management and laboratory processes relating to molecular biology. She graduated from Northwestern University with a dual major in biological sciences and anthropology, and received her M.A. in anthropology (archaeology) from the University of Washington. A career military officer, she retired as a Captain from the U.S. Navy Reserve. She has co-authored several research papers and presentations.
