BlastQuest is a password-protected, searchable information database that is web accessible. This database contains pertinent information for each gene that has been sequenced (after library construction) or that is spotted onto the gene arrays. For each gene, information such as expectation (e) values, bit scores, accession numbers, and links to sequence and literature information at the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) is available. Subscribers have access to “their” genes only, and to all common genes that are spotted on EcoArray commercial arrays:
- FHM 22K-gene oligonucleotide array
- FHM 2,000-gene Oligonucleotide microarray
- FHM 200-gene nylon membrane array
- LMB 500-gene nylon membrane array
Cost: Please contact us by email for pricing.
Included for one year with Sequence Analysis Package
Two-week trial subscription provided with library construction
Gene Ontology Program
The Gene Ontology (GO) program sorts expressed sequence tag (EST) data by biological pathways. This powerful data-mining tool, when combined with our gene chip technology, allows researchers to identify quickly and easily biological pathways that may be altered by a particular contaminant. This tool is available for no additional charge to all subscribers of Blast Quest to view all the genes that are spotted on EcoArray commercial arrays.
