Array technology is relatively new in the field of environmental toxicology. If you are not sure what this technology can provide for your research, we can run a pilot study for you. Or, if you lack the expertise or equipment to run your own arrays, we can help. The equipment required for processing arrays include standard laboratory equipment such as centrifuges and water baths, as well as specialized hybridization ovens, chambers or bottles, and scanners. EcoArray can process all Agilent arrays, regardless of format or species.
EcoArray will use the Agilent Low RNA Input Fluorescent Linear Amplification Kit and the In situ Hybridization Kit- Plus. We can use either the one- or the two-dye system, both of which utilize cyanine 3 and/or 5 dyes.
